It's been long since I wrote something , I know. Not that I didn't have anything to say . I was just too tired.
My daughter is 5 now . I took her to town , but it was so messy and crowded. What is the connection between Prince Sofia , Hello Kitty , Dora and Israel's independence day ? Well all of these icons are overpriced as helium balloon on Independence day , or shall I say night.
I am never happy-ish because a Memorial day for the soldiers and victims of terror precedes . I didn't listen to sad stories on the radio ,nor did I watch TV, but it's there in the air. I am at an age where I could have been a mother of a soldier . Did I really think when I was 5 , that when I'll be an adult -there would still be war and terror ? When you are 5 you just accept reality , and you don't think about the future . It is now at my forties that I am working hard , not to let despair step in .
But we did go to town (on my bicycle since I don't have a car) ,and even got to watch some fireworks ,and I bought her a lemonade and said to G-d in my heart , thanks for all of this , watch over us , I love you.
