As Bombs explode over Tel-Aviv....

...my memory takes me to the summer of 2005 . Quite a few years later I couldn't hold back the tears , thinking of that summer. A baby of a friend of mine died after 5 weeks in this world , and the Israeli government destroyed the Jewish viliges and towns along the Gaza strip. No one talks about it these days , but it is quite obvious that the attacks in the years to come up until now , are the result of  what was called "the disengagement" . What horrified me at the time was the fact that people were taken out of their graves ,(later to be burried in Mount Olives) . Taken out of their graves , for G-d's sake! ...that , and the attitude of  certain Israelis who couldn't care less. Not to mention those who gloated about it.

If they had taken Arabs out of there graves , there would be violent riots in this country, but it's ok to do so to Jews.

So missiles are falling on Tel Aviv ,but I have so much rage in my heart , that I say , let them fall .Maybe it will make you think twice next time when your fellow brothers' homes are destroyed , and they are being driven out of their homes - in order to appease terror organizations ...

Ettie chepter 2 or Something about Scandinavian peace activists..

Scandinavia is really beautiful , so I've heard. The Fjords , the ice , the rocks ... , if you are a scandinavian -you enjoy great health care,  and you live in an area where no wars or earth quakes ever take place - heaven on earth? Most scandinavian enjoy  great financial conditions too . True -  the weather  is too often cold and grey , and just like the song goes , "...nothing ever happens . Nothing happens at all.." . The rumer goes that inspite of Liberalism and sexual freedom , sex  in Scandinavia is  boring in the best case (Maybe that's why the phornografy industry is booming over there)    ! Its a cosy nightmare - so what can you do to escape emptiness and boredom ??? what can you -against this nothingness ,  and yet feel like you are important ??? Aha !- you become a "peace activist " . You travel to Israel ,and mingle with self-hating Israelis and with Arabs who identify (not hard to find) ,and then you can say you are an expert on issues concerning the Middle East . Of course you wouldn't even dream of going to Syria or Afganistan to try to critisize the governments there - because then , you wouldn't be able to talk about it with a lofty  feeling of self importance at coffee talks ... You see yourself as "objective" . That is to say , you compare Israelis who live peacefully in Judea and Samaria  to Arabs in Gaza . You would call them all " extremists from both sides" . I recently read that on Sesame street in the Palestinian Channel the puppet ened its life as a Shahid, a martyr - killing a great number of Jews , not to mention end-of-year parties in the Arab Kindergardens , where the sweet toddlers are dressed in army uniforms , holding guns ...

From Israel it is very convenient to write about its faults and how agressive Israelies are - and that is because you know that unlike dark regimes in the Middle East , in Israel   you are safe and sound and even applouded to by Israelies with infiriority complex . More than that , Israel is convenient to live in , as food , clothing and other things are in abundance ,and so much cheaper than in Europe  . So you stay. Its a dirty job ,but someone has to do it .
